This vacant position calls for a candidate that will receive requests from existing customers who have been on boarded by the sales team. An account manager is responsible for keeping track of all exchanges with customer and making sure that software service is in keeping with their expectations.

- At least a year of customer handling experience
- Organized to handle scheduling, booking and setting up meetings
- Articulate communication and a friendly attitude
- Use of CRM tools like Trello, Zoho CRM, Hubspot will be a bonus
